1. Our Services

APPNAME provides a loan connection platform that enables users to submit loan requests and connect with independent third-party lenders ("Lenders").

We are not a direct lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not issue loans ourselves. Our role is limited to securely transmitting your information to potential Lenders and presenting possible loan offers that match your request.

We do not guarantee that you will be connected with a Lender, that any Lender will approve your loan request, or that you will receive a specific loan amount, rate, or term. All loan terms are determined solely by the Lender.

1.1 Loan Terms

The Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") for loans offered through our network typically ranges from 6.99% to 35.99%, with repayment periods between 3 and 24 months. Your exact rate, amount, and terms depend on your credit profile and other factors determined by the Lender.

1.2 Representative Example

If you borrow $2,000 for 12 months at an APR of 12%, your estimated monthly payment would be approximately $178.13, and your total repayment would be about $2,137.56. The total interest paid over the life of the loan would be approximately $137.56.

1.3 Repayment Terms

Repayment schedules are set by individual Lenders. Please review the Lender's agreement carefully before accepting any offer. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or affect your credit score.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, and
• Be a resident of the United States.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Loan Offers and Third-Party Lenders

APPNAME is not a party to any agreement between you and any Lender. We do not endorse or guarantee the products, rates, or services of any third-party Lender.

Before accepting a loan offer, you are responsible for reviewing all terms, including fees, interest rates, repayment schedules, and late payment policies.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a loan request through the App does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, be approved for a loan, or obtain a specific loan amount. All credit decisions are made solely by Lenders based on their independent criteria.

6. Fees and Charges

APPNAME does not charge users any fees to use the App or submit a loan request.

However, Lenders may charge various fees, including origination fees, late payment fees, or other charges as disclosed in their loan agreements. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these fees before accepting an offer.

7. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App;
• Access data or systems without authorization;
• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the App.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using the App, you consent to our data collection and handling practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App;
• The approval of any loan request;
• The quality or suitability of Lenders or their offers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPCOMPANY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, your interactions with Lenders, or any financial products obtained through them.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APPCOMPANY, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with Lenders.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect when posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
